Desire, the look across the table, a night with her that feels unhurried and yours. Fermo puts you in a circle of six men who do the same quiet routine each day, answer to one partner and meet live four times a week. This is one ordinary week inside it.

Seven days in a circle of six
We built Fermo for men who would rather practise in company than in private: a small group, one partner, a host, and a shared board where each finished set leaves a mark. Here is how our hosts run an ordinary week.
Mon1
Six names, one challenge for the week
The board resets at 6:00
Monday morning the circle's board starts clean. You see the five men you share the week with, matched by time zone and by the hour each one said he could spare. The host posts the challenge all six will follow. This week it is the hold ladder.
A fixed group of six
The same men for eight weeks. You can ask to be reshuffled when the cycle ends.
One accountability partner
Paired from within the six for the week. You see each other's check marks and nothing else.
The shared board
The same routine for all six. The board fills in as each man logs his sets, so the week is visible at a glance.
Tue2
Lying down, knees bent, before the house wakes
The morning set, 12 minutes
A Kegel is a slow lift of the muscles at the base of the pelvis, held for a count, then let go completely. The ladder begins lying on your back, knees bent, feet flat, arms loose on the mat, because nothing else asks for your attention there.
Lift for five counts. Release for five. Ten rounds, a minute's rest, then a second round of ten. The app counts aloud so your eyes can stay closed.

Done. Two sets, lying. Your turn.

A check mark or one line back. That is the whole agreement between partners.
Wed3
A live room at 12:30, camera optional
Twenty minutes with a host
Four times a week a host opens a live room for several circles at once. Cameras and microphones stay off unless you switch them on; most men keep them off and follow the count. Today the room works in the positions an office day allows.
Upright on a chair
Sit near the front edge, feet flat and apart, spine tall. Lifts of five counts, releases of five.
Standing at a counter
Hands resting on the edge, weight even on both feet, knees soft. The same counts, eyes open.
Counting the exhale
In for four, out for six, between rounds. The host keeps the count; you keep the rhythm.
Missed it? The replay stays in the room for 48 hours.
Thu4
Mobility day, and a level opens
Hip mobility and core work, 12 minutes
90/90 switches
On the mat, both knees bent at right angles, turning them from one side to the other. Eight slow switches.
Circles on hands and knees
Slow, wide circles of the hips, five each way, the way a host would draw them on a whiteboard.
Dead bug, unhurried
Lying on your back, arms and knees raised, lowering opposite limbs in turn while the lower back rests on the mat.
Level 3 of 6Opened today
Three weeks of logged sets open a new rung. Standing holds now join the Tuesday routine, and the new badge appears beside your name on the circle's board.
Fri5
A reading for couples, kept private
Opens at 8 p.m., comments closed
Comfort, closeness, and a tempo you both choose.
Friday's chapter is about the night with her. Wanting to be wanted, the slow start, the room going quiet. It describes positions for intimacy by how comfortable they are, how close they keep you, and how slowly they let the night move. Each man reads it alone; nothing is shared with the circle.
The nest
Both lying on your sides, you curled behind her. Warm, low effort, easy to hold for a long time.
Most comfortSlowest tempo
The mirror
Lying face to face, close enough to keep talking in a low voice. Made for eye contact and small pauses.
Most closenessUnhurried
The armchair
You recline against pillows at the headboard while she sets the tempo. Kind to a tired back.

Sat6
The group set goes low
Logged any time before midnight
Lifted hold on the mat
The glute bridge: on your back, knees bent, lifting the hips off the mat and holding while you add a five-count Kegel. Three rounds.
Low hold at a doorframe
The deep squat: heels down, hands on the frame for balance, thirty seconds of slow exhales with a lift on each one.

When all six finish the Saturday set, the circle earns the week's mark on its board. It is the one win the group shares.
Sun7
One line each, and the ladder on screen
Circle hour at 19:00, thirty minutes
The week closes with the circle alone and its host. Each man says one line about his week in practice: which position felt awkward, which day slipped, what he will move to another hour. Then the board is archived and Monday's opens.

Membership, month by month
Three tiers, each billed monthly. Your opening month is half the regular price.
You have sixty days to decide whether a circle suits you; one message to us in that time and the full payment comes back.
Fermo is billed monthly. Your opening month costs the intro price on the row you selected: $2.99 for Open room, $4.49 for Circle or $6.99 for Keystone. Each following month renews on its own, on the date you joined, at that tier's regular price of $5.99, $8.99 or $13.99, until you stop it in the app's settings, on the web dashboard or by contacting us — [email protected]
Cameras, privacy and missed days
Do the other men see my name or my face?
They see the first name or alias you choose, and your check marks. Your camera and microphone are off in every live room until you turn them on yourself.
What happens on the days I miss?
The board shows a gap and your partner sees an empty check. The ladder never moves backward; it simply waits for the days you log.
Can I change tier or circle later?
Yes. Tiers change from settings at the next billing date. Circles are reshuffled on request when each eight-week cycle ends.
